Under a short-term contract, I collaborated closely with the Head of B2B Marketing and the Head of Media to align strategy and build their new B2B social team focused on SMBs & Startups.
I interacted closely with various internal teams, including Paid Media, B2B Content Development, Exec Comms, Channel Marketing, Strategy team, Product and Finance, as well as customers and partners.

Co-develop and steward the B2B social media strategy and campaign activations across the mobile portfolio
Collaborate across the B2C and B2B social teams to develop a common strategic framework for planning and performance metrics that engage senior leadership
Inform, organize, and manage multiple sources of content, partners, and creative assets into a cohesive social media execution
Develop Agency briefs alongside the B2B Marketing and Media Strategy Teams
Develop benchmarks and KPIs and responsible for the performance of B2B campaign development
Provide actionable analysis for campaigns and media planning
Consistently manage and monitor all plan optimizations of plan delivery
Work alongside and approve Agency recommendations for investment of media savings on behalf of Samsung
Assist in the preparation of all leadership materials for meetings and presentations
Monitor industry changes and builds vendor relationships to innovate Samsung's digital-first approach
Take ownership of all existing platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Spiceworks)
Own and scale ROI-positive lead generation campaigns through paid digital channels, particularly Facebook, Taboola, and LinkedIn
Report and share the effectiveness of all campaigns with a focus on constant improvement and efficiencies

I successfully launched a new social media marketing team focused on B2B. I moved the team in-house from an external agency. I was under an NDA for this position, so I cannot reveal metrics.
