Challange:

EnableU is a new startup with deep ties with VC in Texas. The founder has multiple portfolio SaaS companies and owns shares in 360Training out of Austin, Texas. After developing their sales enablement software, they needed to launch social media, boosting brand awareness efforts. I started with my agency, 6 Degrees Media, to leverage my team to increase social media reach.
After 3 months with the company, the founder promoted me to Fractional Marketing Director. I work with all areas of their marketing team to lead companywide marketing, sales, and product efforts.
I am currently working with IT to launch a data warehouse for all company metrics allowing for real-time reporting metrics and a rebranding incentive with Sales to segment our GTM strategy per ICP in Auto Industry, Morgage, and Higher Education.

Process:

What I do for EnableU:
Participate in the development of branding and corporate identity initiatives
Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions, and other marketing projects
Manage marketing budgets
Develop sales forecasting and product branding plans
Conduct customer, brand, and product research initiatives
Develop innovative social media, advertising, and tech integrations
Work with the business development team and sales teams on brand initiatives
Manage providers, consultants, freelancers, and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Supervise a marketing team, including training, workloads, schedules, and deadlines
Oversee the operation of the website or email marketing program and provide analytics reviews

Unique Vistors increased by 32% in the last 90 days
Last Month's LinkedIn Ad achieved a CPC of $0.14
Clicks to the website increased 27% in the last 90 days
LinkedIn followers increased by 329% in the last 90 days
Ongoing segmented email drip campaigns increased sessions by 690 since their startup date, with +99% of sessions by new users
