Boom and Bucket

Challange:

Using social media marketing, Boom and Bucket needed marketing support to increase brand awareness and leads.
Main Challenges:
Based on their reports, I could see that previous marketers bought followers / bots on Instagram, creating a reporting nightmare. This led to poor ROI and a lack of deliverables for their venture capital investors.
They had a small marketing team with few resources for social media direction. They needed a marketing leader to lead all marketing on their social media channels.

Process:

What I did for Boom & Bucket:
Planned, designed, implemented, and monitored social media marketing campaigns.
Create, curate, and manage social media content, including text, audio, visual and multimedia formats.
Engage users with prompt responses, organize competitions, ask questions and cultivate relationships.
Monitor social media trends to stay relevant and effective, including design, applications, strategy, and innovation development.
Create comprehensive marketing plans to boost brand image, increase customer engagement and improve conversions.
Design, implement and manage social ad campaigns integrated into the company's strategic marketing plans.
Hire and supervise talented creatives, including Freelance Writers and Graphic Designers, and coordinate their activities to achieve social media campaign objectives.
Track key performance metrics of social media campaigns to maximize results and report progress to senior leadership.
Advise executives on personal branding and build a playbook for their company's social media best practices.

Results:

In the first 6 months...
We recorded a brand awareness score of over 2,800+ active fans on Instagram.
Total brand fans on Facebook increased by 21%
Total (organic) Instagram followers increased by 22%
Total (organic) engagements increased by 33% on Instagram and 41% on Facebook
Website Clicks from Instagram increased by 21%, and 12% from Facebook
The location of followers changed from 20% or less in the US to over 50% US-based followers.
