No one plans to maintain a health record for six decades. This one has to manage it unattended.
A first-week injection and a booster forty years later belong in the same file, on phones nobody has made yet. And the record is worth nothing unless clinics adopt it. So the site I designed and built speaks to patients and pitches a listing to practices on the same pages, with neither reading as a footnote to the other.

The website
A traveller, an adult and a parent each need something different out of one file. Three routes in cost less than a single compromise.
The opening screen runs a single promise: a vaccine record, digital, free, and kept for a lifetime. Practices get their own entry point from that same page. Questions are filed under headings rather than stacked, which matters when the person reading them is worried.

Lifelong only counts if it survives every handset it is moved to.
