My Role
I played a key role in redefining core products and enhancing user experience. Collaborating with stakeholders, I focused on streamlining transaction processes and holdings based on early user feedback, aiming to eliminate friction and simplify trade execution.
About
Tracer Finance now Mycelium, is dedicated to democratizing financial markets through the utilization of decentralized technology. The company is committed to redefining financial markets by leveraging open-source, smart contract protocols for derivatives. Tracer, the flagship product, operates as a comprehensive array of financial contract generators governed by a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO).
Problem
The traditional financial market structure faced significant challenges, including limited accessibility and centralized control. The absence of democratization restricted participation, creating barriers for users seeking seamless and inclusive access to financial instruments. Additionally, existing platforms lacked transparency and often encountered complexities in trade execution and the viewing of holdings, creating friction for users engaging in financial activities within these environments.
Solution
By strategically streamlining transaction processes and holdings viewing within Tracer protocol, I eliminated complexities and friction points, ensuring a seamless experience for trade execution. Through iterative refinements, unnecessary complexities were removed, presenting users with essential data, transforming the DeFi landscape. These enhancements curated a user-friendly interface, simplifying interactions and offering a transparent environment, redefining user experiences within the decentralized finance (DeFi) realm, providing a frictionless engagement for trade execution and holdings viewing.
