Confirm if the client has an active insurance policy, address of the accident, cause of the accident and type of vehicle that needs assistance.
Solicitation and quotation of services from external providers in case of our own tow trucks not being available to cover daily demand. Same process for other services such as battery change, locksmithing or gas refilling.
