HolidayFox is a platform designed to help families discover and book unique outdoor experiences, accommodations, and activities within the United Kingdom. I was responsible for creating a seamless user experience and beautiful interface that could scale with the platform as it grew.

I had the chance to work with them for over a year as a UX/UI Designer. My role involved working closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to design intuitive user flows and functional prototypes, ultimately driving user engagement and conversion rates. I implemented a design system that ensures consistency across the platform while allowing for creative flexibility within different user-facing components.

I designed the accommodation inner page to present all essential information—pricing, room options, services, and additional products—in a clear, user-friendly format. By organizing details like room descriptions, images, and availability into a visually appealing layout, users could easily browse and make decisions. I also integrated real-time price updates and nearby experiences, which allowed users to see the total cost dynamically while discovering local activities, adding value to their stay.

For the checkout process, I streamlined it into a simple, step-by-step flow, ensuring users could complete bookings smoothly. The real-time price updates continued into checkout, reflecting any service or product add-ons instantly. This transparent process increased user trust and improved conversion rates by reducing drop-offs. Additionally, the final payment page was designed for clarity and security, providing a seamless experience from room selection to confirmation.
