🎯Project Details

The project involves humanizing copy for social media marketing campaign for my clients' book launch with O'Reilly. My clients, James Phoenix and Mike Taylor are AI prompt engineers and teachers of AI to the general public. They've written a book to help bridge the knowledge gap of people in using AI in their marketing and business endeavors. The aim of the marketing sprint is to spread brand awareness by providing valuable content to their students, business owners, and software engineers.

⚒️Content Creation Process

The content creation process for James and Mike is to humanize the AI-generated content like topics and videos they have to make it more engaging for their target audience.
The goal is to ensure that the content gives value but sound conversational and directly relevant to the people who needs the value they provide. The challenge was to select a number of content that they can use for their social media sprint and for us to produce the best content for our clients.

🥷Target Market & Campaign Goal Assessment

We conducted discussions about who they want to target, the brand guidelines they have, and the goal of their marketing stint. Identifying the brand, market, and solutions of the client helps make a coherent messaging on the copy to represent who they are and the solutions they have for the problems of their market.

💭Content Selection

My client already have a list of 'expertise' topics which they filtered out from their book. The raw data are filtered by Ai and contains some data that lacks value or essence. The task is to select a number of content that will best represent their expertise.

🔎Copy Editing & Social Media Format Adjustment

A dataset has been selected from the pool of raw data. The next step is to apply copywriting strategies and edit the value of the content to make it more targeted and adjust them to my client's tone. After editing the copy we adjust the format for every platform. Each platform has character limit and the copy and value were adjusted in accordance to those limits.

👩‍🍳Content Approval and Evaluation

After curation, me and my client's worked through the content one by one to filter out the ones that they can boldly consider as valuable to their target market and the ones that they don't seem to consider as 'valuable'.

🍞Image generation

Upon approval, my client used the app BannerBear to generate all the copywriting we did as quote cards. This process helped speed up the content creation process since they already have the template and the data that we sifted from the raw data pool.

🖥️ Content Management

From Google Sheet to Social Bee, we transferred all the content to the social media management platforms and combine the written post with the images. This process also includes the hashtag inclusion and adding first comments on the content.
SocialBee has some limitations which can't be automated. Therefore, manual application of content and platform modifications are necessary.

😎 Published Content for Vexpower, James, and Mike

One day after the content is placed in SocialBee, the contents are released and went live just in time for their book launch that will last for 2 to 3 months.

🌟Content Transformation & Milestones🌟

The project went live from the last week of June and the results are soon to be released after the results are evaluated.
