🎯Project Details

Ms. Jelly approached me to help strategize her website and build her brand for future business initiatives. She wants to position her brand as a go-to resource for aspiring executive assistants in the Philippines.
Her goal is to share her decade-long experience and expertise and help pave the way for those who want to explore the world of freelancing. The services I provided for her are as follows:

🔎SEO Audit

Since she already started the website and all her social media channels, I created a comprehensive SEO audit to check what caused the lack of traction or traffic to her site. A summary of the SEO Audit is listed below:
There are missing root files on the website that prevent the crawlers of search engines from navigating her website.
Keywords are not established and the keywords she has in mind have no actual traffic.
Too many empty pages were created which hurts her SEO.
There's not enough content on her core pages.
Basic SEO elements are not present on her blogs (meta tile, alt-texts. and meta description).

🪴Brand Strategy

Ms. Jelly has already established some elements of her brand. However, it needs a more in-depth analysis to connect her with her target audience. Proposed changes include:
The brand story and brand voice are not yet set. I suggested some ways she can leverage her background and use it to connect with her target audience.
There are some gaps in the brand identity which affects the overall vibe of her website. I suggested a major UI design to add personality to her website.
We also added her image on the home page to humanize her brand and let visitors know that a real human is behind her brand instead of using static images.
We standardized her brand style, typography, and brand story.

📝 Content Strategy

The web pages must be filled with SEO-optimized content to improve the SEO score and make it more appealing to her followers. I also provided the keyword and some steps she needs to do to optimize her posts. Due to cultural and target market preferences, it's best to promote and post more about her brand on Facebook and TikTok and use those channels to drive traffic to her website.

👊Competitor Analysis

I also conducted a competitor analysis for her brand using the keywords she wanted to rank for. It turns out that some of her competitors are VA agencies and VA training centers. I also gave her some ideas on the groups and pages of local competitors in the same industry.

🗺️Keyword Mapping

I researched and analyzed the keywords that she can use to stand out in the SERP. I provided her with keywords that are gaining traffic and have a big potential to put her on top of search engines.

To help her improve her website, I also provided her with a mock-up design to help her have an idea of what to improve and enhance. Here are the before and after designs.

✍️Content Optimization Guide & Suggestions

This pertains to the document that will guide her in writing SEO-optimized content moving forward.
The project lasted for about 2.5 weeks. She wants to be hands-on with her website and just wants someone to lead her to the next steps for her brand. I delivered four documents as well as two presentations to show her where she is in her journey.

Since most of the action items depend on the execution of Ms. Jelly and her team, the progress of the strategy depends on their progress. Nevertheless, I'm happy to monitor the progress of their website from time to time, even if the project has ended.

From a dormant site, executiveenabler.com is now part of the top 10 content in SERP for its keyword.
