The project involves content strategy and writing on-page and off-page content for doctors, dental practices, pharmacies, and medical clinics. The team consists of diverse professionals who build a fully functional website for healthcare professionals from scratch.
The agency specializes in local SEO and targets the local market of clients in North Carolina and the surrounding towns. I am only part of a bigger team of content creators since they are handling around 15 to 20 clients at a time.

The content creation process for Med Rank Interactive is probably the most competitive and rigorous one that I had in years. 🥷Company Assessment & Competitor Analysis
The evaluation of the client's business comes first to mirror its business goals on the content that we produce. We base everything on what they want to offer and the target market that they want to reach online.
After evaluating the business, their respective competitors will be screened to look for opportunities and insights that we can apply to our content.
💭Search Intent & Topic Research
By merging the client's business goals, competitor insights, and our content strategy, topic research will start. It typically revolves around the insights found in Ahrefs, SERP, and customer behavior.
🔎Keyword Research & Content Outline
Once a topic is selected, the keyword research will start and we begin to identify the main keyword and supporting keywords ideal for the content. It will be paired with a simple presentation of the outline since our QA wants to monitor the kind of content that we'll be working on.
During this phase, the sources are also listed to ensure that we are getting our data from the right sources since we are handling health-based content.
👩🍳Content Writing & SEO Elements Application
Once the outline, keywords, and sources are approved, we will start the writing process wherein we do all the internal and external linking and keyword placements. It usually takes around 2 to 3 hours to fully make the vision a reality and merge all the insights into one high-quality article.
🍞Proofreading
The proofreading takes a different step since our QA or editor will issue some revisions that may take around 2 to 3 times of back-and-forth communication. This is an internal process that helped the agency maintain its top-tier quality.
🖥️ Content Publishing in WordPress and Indexing in GSC
Upon content approval, it will be uploaded to the website of our clients. One of the factors that the job covers is our ability to handle different web page builders for every client like Elementor, WPBakery, or FusionBuilder. Therefore, we take different approaches to publishing the content.
Once the content is published, its link will be submitted to Google Search Console (GSC) to let the crawlers run on the page and rank the content immediately.
