The client is an online platform for mentoring linking between invite-only experts in their respected fields & entrepreneurs wanting growth advice.
Problem: As part of the registration & matching process, users enter a lot of free text data into the platform regarding their pain points, needs & expectations from mentors. The client wanted to analyze that data for marketing, improvement & innovation purposes - but the data was unusable.
Solution: I’ve helped this client make sense of qualitative data by cleaning it, analyzing it, and delivering findings in visually appealing formats.
