Problem: A client created an AI app in the journalism, social media & information verification sector, and wanted to understand users behavior, preferences, needs & pain points, as well as competitor apps usage, in order to find the ideal user profile & improve the product features.

Solution: I created a UX survey from internal understanding of the client’s needs & constraints, completed by secondary research (audience & competitor research, industry reports).
