SwiftPay Online Banking Dashboard Design

Overview SwiftPay is a digital banking solution focused on delivering secure, convenient, and modern online financial services. The project involved designing a clean and intuitive Login and Dashboard interface to enhance user trust, simplify daily transactions, and create a consistent visual identity across the platform.

The client required a modern, flexible, and future-ready dashboard experience within a tight 7-day timeline. Due to the short schedule, the research strategy needed to be sharp and efficient while ensuring the final design aligned with real user expectations and industry UI standards.

Key challenges included:

Designing a secure and trust-building login experience

As the UI/UX Designer, I led the full design process from research to final deliverables.

Because end-user interviews were not feasible due to the timeline, I adopted a competitive benchmarking approach:

Analyzed 10–15 competitor banking and fintech apps (e.g., Revolut, Monzo, Chase, Wise)

Studied user reviews and friction points from app stores to understand common complaints and expectations

Identified opportunities to simplify, elevate trust, and improve visual clarity

This helped establish a direction that combined familiarity (reducing learning curve) with a clean, modern brand presence.
