Project Description
Eternity Pet is an early-stage pet cremation service brand I founded, inspired by my family background in the death care industry. Growing up around funeral services gave me early exposure to how emotionally sensitive, trust-based, and service-driven this industry is.
I applied that understanding to the pet space, exploring how families experience loss of pets and how a cremation service could be positioned with empathy and accessibility. The focus of the project was to validate real market demand before launching any operational service.
The goal was to test whether there was real interest, understand customer expectations, and evaluate willingness to engage with a pet cremation offering.
What I Did
Created the brand concept, name, and positioning for a pet cremation service
Designed the full brand identity (logo, colors, visual direction)
Built all online materials and brand assets from scratch
Conducted market research on pet cremation services, pricing, and demand trends
Defined early pricing direction based on competitor research and customer conversations
Launched Instagram account from zero and built early awareness through content and giveaways
Participated in 3 pet-focused events with a physical booth to test real-world interest
Presented the concept directly to pet owners and gathered feedback and questions
Collected contact information and structured interest tracking from potential clients
Explored early concept ideas for emotional pet memorialization, including AI-generated visual keepsakes as sample gifts to test emotional response and interest in personalized remembrance offerings

Generated 20+ potential client calls within the first month
Identified 10+ people actively requesting the pet cremation service before launch
Strong inbound interest from both online and offline channels
