My Personal Trainer (MyPT) is a fitness and well-being company dedicated to helping customers achieve their dream body goals. Operating in Dubai and Sharjah, MyPT provides qualified gym instructors for personalized training sessions at clients' homes or clubs. They also offer certification programs for aspiring personal trainers in the UAE.

MyPT faced significant competition from established apps like Enhance and Fitlov, which boast sophisticated interfaces. The challenge was to design an app that not only surpassed competitors in usability and engagement but also met specific business objectives.

After thorough market and competitor analysis, we designed two distinct apps:

Members App: Allows users to track training sessions, book appointments based on trainers' schedules, select nearby gyms, and process payments post-session. The dashboard features stats and graphs to display overall progress.

Trainers App: Enables trainers to schedule sessions, monitor trainee progress, manage upcoming appointments via a calendar, communicate with clients, and record manual payments within the app.
