iVCV is an AI-driven HR tool designed to revolutionize the hiring process for businesses. It offers features such as video interviews, enabling companies to assess candidates' skills and personalities more effectively. The platform generates detailed reports on each candidate, providing businesses with valuable insights to make informed hiring decisions. By streamlining recruitment efforts, iVCV helps organizations save time and resources in finding the most suitable talent.

Our goal was to create a user-friendly and intuitive platform that streamlines the hiring process for businesses. We aimed to simplify complex workflows and provide a seamless experience for conducting and reviewing video interviews. Presenting complex data in a user-friendly manner through interactive visualizations was essential to allow users to easily grasp valuable insights without hassle. Ultimately, the objective was to enhance user experience, save time and resources for businesses, and facilitate better decision-making in the hiring process.

We designed two web applications tailored for employees and employers, respectively, along with a landing page for iVCV:

Employee Web App: This platform enables candidates to create and manage profiles, upload resumes, and showcase their skills. They can browse and apply for job openings, participate in video interviews, and receive updates on application statuses. The user-friendly interface facilitates seamless connections between candidates and potential employers.

Employer Web App: Provides businesses with a comprehensive set of features to streamline the hiring process. Employers can create and manage job postings, review candidate profiles and video interviews, and access detailed reports on each candidate.

Landing Page: Serves as the gateway to the platform, offering an engaging and informative introduction to its features and benefits. It aims to captivate visitors and convert them into users by showcasing the unique advantages of iVCV.
