Many employees where involved in this project. I coordinate the V2 of the welcome pack. The pack needed some updates and it must be more relevant for new customers. By adding and removing items, content review with in mind that all items and content needed to be more personalized with the focus on different branches.
The Spark ✨
The welcome pack must engage the new customers and show that the company is loyal. Giving them free merchandise and tools for a new/fresh start. For the company it is important to show that we lead, care and deliver.
