Set up and managed the Asana workspace which required efficiently carrying over 500+ existing tasks from excel worksheets and categorizing them within boards and assigning the correct resources

Created a visual training manual to onboard staff to asana which was tailored to how this business wanted to use the platform

For the first 3 months, I offered ongoing administrative support on the platform

Accountability support for outstanding tasks and assisted with workflow for team members which were struggling
