Project Timeline

The Brief

Create a timeline that gives an accurate visual representation of the project at a high level and can be delivered in PDF format to the client

Software to be used was Microsoft Project. Note I can create project schedules using MS Project, excel, monday.com, smartsheet, Jira

The Deliverables

Use data captured in excel spreadsheets and tender forms to create a project timeline that included project milestones, task dependencies, shows the critical path, and shows resourcing conflicts

Create templates that could be used going forward for small, medium, and large-sized projects
