Consultant for a company with 30 franchise owners to set in place the tools they needed to become a successful franchise
The owners were new to running a business and were lost where to start to ensure they can achieve their company goals.
To start I had a brief chat with each owner to assess what their short term and long term goals were, I then broke these down into key milestones and daily/weekly/monthly tasks required to acheive their goals.
I assessed which workflow management platform would work best for this application, in this instance Asana was a good fit. I set up the boards for each franchise so they could hit the ground running without the admin of setting it up themselves.
The key to success was getting the buy in from each team member, each individual responds differently so I tailored my response to suit the individual and made sure I worked with them every step of the way.
To ensure they hit their targets I provided accountability support by checking in, following up on queries, and made sure they were prioritizing the right areas.
