Marrow is a brand consultancy for ambitious leaders ready to unleash brand as a catalyst for confident, profitable growth. Not just another consultancy, they represent a new model for brand-led business transformation - strategy-led, commercially proven, and culturally embedded.

The Challenge

Before the redesign, Marrow’s site didn’t reflect the sophistication or clarity of their strategic process. It looked more like a placeholder than a credible brand.

Key issues included:
Minimal storytelling - the site didn’t communicate the brand promise or value.
No clear articulation of their approach or expected deliverables.
Shallow amount of content, leading to frustrated drop-offs.
Visually flat - it lacked the depth and presence expected from an agency.
No real examples or outcomes to build credibility.

The Opportunity

The redesign set out to build credibility and demonstrate expertise - creating a site that speaks directly to Marrow’s dream clients in outcome-led language. Every detail reinforces their position as a confident, strategic partner for ambitious brands ready to grow from the core.

Unicorn Studio was used to create engaging animated heroes.
Micro-interactions make the experience worthy of a brand agency.

Outcomes

Marrow's website transformation has positioned them for more valuable clients, with a clearer offer and a brand presence that reflects their evolution. With a refreshed digital identity, Marrow has the confidence needed to pitch to its dream customer base and grow into an established agency.
