A steady hand in a noisy market
Somerstone Property Group was born from the legacy of founder-led CRH Property, marking a shift into a collective approach beyond one person. Their vision was to elevate their digital presence to match their in-person credibility, offering trusted property investment advice to everyday Australians dreaming of financial freedom.
The Challenge
Before the redesign, CRH Property’s website didn’t reflect the modernity or professionalism of their service. It left customers feeling uncertain about trusting the brand, and put too much emphasis on the founder's personal brand.

We defined the goals for the redesign as:
Elevate the brand to reflect its growth from a founder-led business to a collective
Build trust and professionalism through design clarity and structure
Simplify the user journey to make the process feel calm and guided
Strengthen credibility through human storytelling and team visibility
Create a scalable digital foundation for future content and marketing
The Opportunity
In a noisy industry full of cheesy hype, we took the opposite approach. By focusing on clarity and confidence in what we do, we designed a digital presence that earns trust through restrained, respectful presentation.
We used language that directly address audience's financial anxieties.
We're transparent and clear about our services in a market of 'get rich quick' schemes.
A modern Swiss design radiates professionalism and credibility.
Subtle micro-interactions bring the experience to the next level.
Outcomes
Somerstone's digital launch transforms them from an emerging founder-led business into an established collective ready to scale in the market. With a digital presence that reflects the value of their work, Somerstone stands apart from competitors through considered investment in their design.
