Product Comparison Dashboard using Microsoft Power BI

The client is a large food manufacturing company and is looking to expands its business by adding new product.

As part of it growth strategy, I was task to conduct a product comparison analysis of its current products to help the company take decision on its expansion plan.

I developed a product comparison dashboard using power bi to help the company take decisions on its expansion plan. The analysis compares the sales metrics of selected products across different locations.

I also generate insights on sales medium (Direct or Online), to help the head of growth take informed decision.
