Project Overview
The client, Soy & Sass, sells gift-able candles with personality. They are currently working on a new product line of candles and diffusers, but are having trouble with conversions and sales on their Shopify website and wanted to make improvements before launching any new products.
I conducted a UX audit to evaluate the usability of their Shopify website and provided recommendations on how to incorporate their new product line.
Goals:
Increase conversions and sales
Showcase new product line of scent-focused candles & diffusers
Process:
Evaluated usability and overall user experience of the current website
Analyzed competitors' websites to brainstorm approaches on revised layouts and navigation
Created visual mockups and explanations for the client to review
Deliverables:
Shared task prioritization spreadsheet to collaborate with client
Visual report to accompany itemized issues noted on spreadsheet
High-fidelity design mockups for recommended changes
