UX Designer, Researcher, Visual & Interaction Designer

To hone my UI design skills, I created my own project under the time constraints of a self-led 5-day design sprint. As a music lover myself, I chose to create a mobile interface design that offered a unique experience for vinyl music lovers.

I began by thinking about the typical user journey and potential pain points during the process of looking for vinyl. Without time for interviews, I visited online discussion forums to learn about what strategies vinyl seekers use when they visit record stores. I also did some competitive auditing to identify what apps currently exist and what gaps could be filled.
