Mission
Set the basis for the UX UI team to grown, advocate for UX UI within the company, improve the engagement of the user with the product, push the opportunities forward and create a design system.
To meet the business goal, I was asked to redesign the homeowner platform and design interface for the integration of new functionalities.
To begin my mission, I first went through a research and discovery phase, during which I conducted a UX/UI audit of the platform and studied the two other products of the Interhome brand to ensure a cohesive approach.
