Worked with Social Support to monitor and engage with the audience, addressing queries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Results:

Increased video views by 5,160% within one year.

Achieved a 200% improvement in engagement rates on Instagram through targeted content strategies.

Drove 43% increase in blog traffic via social media channels.

Lessons Learned:

Playful content can be educational and serious content can be delivered in a casual tone.

Video and Carousel posts were outperforming standard posts on Instagram.

It's all about trial and error! Sometimes the thing that you think is going to work, doesn't and the thing that you think is basic, outshines everything else.

Engagement is more important than follower growth. It's more important for existing followers to see and interact with content (which in turn will boost it further in the algorithm) than it is to have a massive following where no one engages with posts. Higher engagement is a better ROI.
