Luxelane sells at-home skincare devices: LED masks, microcurrent tools, cooling rollers, heated gua sha and IPL. The owner had strong products and a clear vision, but the store ran on a generic theme and the catalog read like a supplier list. Shoppers saw gadgets, not results.
The challenge
Beauty devices are a trust purchase. Before someone puts a tool on their face, they need to believe it is safe, that it works and that it fits their routine. The old store gave them no reason to.
What we did
Storefront: rebuilt the Shopify homepage around outcomes. "Spa-level care, right at home" leads, followed by the collection, a system story, the range in numbers and a shop by concern section.
Naming: turned supplier titles into one product family. Beauty Facial Massager 7-Color became ChromaLuxe Wave, Ice Facial Roller became CryoLuxe Roller and Facial Beauty Ion Device became LuxeLift Ion.
Product photography: AI-generated shots for the full catalog, made from supplier images. One light, one angle, one background, with colour variants built from a single white master so every swatch matches.
Campaign visuals: lifestyle, UGC-style and hero frames with strict product accuracy. Buttons, LEDs and text appear only where they exist on the real device.
Product pages: six focused Shopify metafields (tagline, key benefits, how it works, what's included, ingredients, skin type), so every device page reads the same and new products drop straight in.
Navigation: shop by concern (glow, lift, LED, calm, massage) plus a skin test, so undecided shoppers land on the right device.
The result
A calm, clinical store that reads as one brand: 13 devices, 6 technologies and one daily ritual, presented the way premium beauty tech is sold.
Platform: Shopify. Visuals: Higgsfield AI. Store and visuals by Klay Create.
