Background: Yelloh is one of the nation's biggest frozen food delivery companies.
Problem: Their existing landing pages and funnel are outdated and were failing to engage potential B2C and B2B customers.
Goal: Design modern, user-friendly landing pages that increase conversion.
Role: Lead Product Designer
Process: Productpickle (1. Make a design request 2. Get a deliverable in 48 hours 3. Iterate until 100% happy)
Research and Analysis: Conducted competitor analysis and user research to understand the needs and preferences of customers.
Concept Development: Created wireframes and prototypes focusing on intuitive navigation, clear call-to-actions, and engaging visuals.
Design Implementation: Developed the final design using high-quality images, concise copy, and strategically placed call-to-actions.
Collaboration: Worked closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure the design aligned with overall business objectives.
Testing: Conducted A/B testing to compare the new landing page design with the old one. Monitored key metrics such as bounce rate, time on page, and conversion rate.
Results: The redesigned landing page led to a 35% increase in conversion rates and a 25% decrease in bounce rates. User feedback highlighted the improved navigation and visually appealing design as key factors for enhanced engagement.
