Background: Coffee Meets Bagel (CMB), a popular dating app, sought to enhance revenue through new features and engagement.
Problem: Existing monetization strategies were not achieving desired revenue growth and user retention rates.
Goal: Develop and implement new features and strategies to drive revenue growth and improve user retention.
Role: Senior Product Manager
Process: Worked closely with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to develop and launch new features.
Experimentation: Conducted experiments to test the effectiveness of new features in boosting revenue and user engagement.
Testing: Monitored key revenue metrics and conducted user surveys to gather feedback on new features.
Results: The introduction of new features such as Infinite Scroll and Free Likes Flywheel led to a significant revenue increase (+56% subscription conversion) and exceeded growth targets for seven consecutive quarters.
