Background: CNN, the global news organization, needed to revamp its digital presence to stay relevant in a fast-changing media landscape and attract a younger audience.
Problem: CNN’s existing digital platforms were outdated, leading to declining user engagement and satisfaction.
Goal: Overhaul CNN’s digital presence to enhance user engagement, satisfaction, and overall platform usage.

Process: "Project Elevate" was a 6-month C-suite sponsored special project
Strategic Planning: Developed a comprehensive product vision and strategy for CNN Digital.
Implementation: Coordinated the development and launch of new customer experiences on mobile, desktop, and connected TV.
Experimentation: Piloted various engagement and registration initiatives to attract new users and boost satisfaction.
Testing: Conducted extensive user testing and data analysis to refine new features and improve user experiences.
Results: The digital transformation led to a 25% increase in user satisfaction and a 13% increase in platform usage. The new registration initiatives attracted over 2 million new users.
