In this project, I built a complete automation flow designed for companies or agencies that collect leads through Typeform.
When a user submits the form:
Their data is automatically saved into Airtable for tracking and CRM purposes.
Based on the answer to the monthly budget question, a Slack notification is sent to the appropriate sales rep:
Budget < €500 → channel/team A
Budget > €500 → channel/team B
The user then receives a personalized thank-you email, generated on the fly using their form data.
The flow was built in Make, using conditional routers, dynamic data mapping, and external API modules. It is scalable, easy to update, and adaptable to other forms or CRMs.

This automation works without needing a Typeform paid plan, thanks to the use of custom Webhooks instead of native integrations.

Sales reps are instantly notified on Slack depending on the client’s budget, ensuring the right lead goes to the right person.

The automation can be adapted for other tools like Google Forms, Tally, Notion, or CRMs like Pipedrive or HubSpot.
