Smart 360 CRM is an advanced automation project built to showcase the full potential of no-code tools like Airtable, Make.com, Webhooks, APIs, and communication platforms like WhatsApp, Email, and Telegram.
It’s not just a database — it’s a fully automated lead management engine that handles every step of the lead lifecycle: from capture to classification, follow-up, and conversion.

Key Features
1. Multichannel Lead Acquisition
Capture leads from WhatsApp, Email, Typeform, Telegram, or Social Media.
Automatically parses incoming messages using custom Regex, extracting:
Name, Email, Phone, Budget, Urgency, Sector, and Notes.
All data is structured and stored directly in Airtable.
2. Smart Classification & Prioritization
The system automatically assigns priority levels (High, Medium, Low) based on budget and urgency.
Airtable views are color-coded for instant visual recognition.
3. Real-Time Notifications
Send instant alerts to Slack, Telegram, or Discord.
The sales team receives a complete lead profile and direct links to the CRM.
4. Automatic Booking / Pre-Booking Links
For high-priority leads, a meeting is scheduled directly in Google Calendar.
Alternatively, send a pre-filled Calendly link so the lead can pick their time slot.
5. Lead Status Tracker
When a lead status changes (e.g., “proposal”, “won”, “lost”), the automation reads text messages like
“Lead id: 76 changes status to proposal”,
and updates Airtable in real time, while notifying the team.
6. Reporting & PDF Export
One click generates a filtered Google Sheet report.
The sheet is automatically converted into a clean, downloadable PDF dashboard — no plugins required.
