By understanding how client management can be overwhelming, they recognized the necessity for an easy-to-use Real Estate CRM application that will help realtors seamlessly organize accurate data and manage communication with clients.

Today, real estate agents and agency owners struggle to organize and keep up with their hectic task management, handle extensive client data, and ensure ongoing communication. To address this, we developed a highly automated CRM designed to boost agents' productivity and efficiency by eliminating manual tasks and allowing them to focus on closing more property deals.

Based on the pre-selected frequency option, automated follow-up reminders help agents to organise, prioritise and track their daily, weekly, or upcoming client interactions, such as birthdays, reconnections, and homeiversary. This ensures timely, personalized engagement, for building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Agents can personalize their contact management system with the pin feature, allowing them to efficiently organize and access their contact list by sorting clients based on importance or recent addition, making sure these contacts are easily reachable. Simply insert important client details, including their property preferences and current status in their home journey – buying, selling, or in the process of closing a deal, keeping agents fully informed and able to provide tailored services to their needs.

In just 12 weeks, we developed an app on the FlutterFlow platform that met the needs of realtors with a suite of AI-powered automation tools and integrations. App's high-tech framework ensures that realtors not only have access to a seamless and functional CRM system but also benefit from enhanced scalability and security through direct Supabase integration.

Realtors daily deal with hectic workloads and lots of client information, often finding it difficult to keep up and manage all tasks and client interactions effectively. But now, with the all-in-one mobile app, they can simplify their CRM and focus on what is the most important – closing more property deals.
