S-Corp automates S-corporation tax calculations in the US. The founding team had deep tax expertise and a proven process, but it all lived in Excel. Every client meant manual setup, every update meant copy-pasting between sheets, and every demo felt like showing someone your back office instead of a real product. Scaling was basically impossible.

We designed the web application from scratch: tax data visualized with clear hierarchies and color coding so users actually understand what they're looking at, a guided Excel import that doesn't punish people for one wrong column, and expense workflows mapped to real tax categories. Full design cycle from research to prototype to dev handoff, with ongoing support after launch.

The result: client onboarding time dropped by an estimated ~70% (no more manual Excel setup per client), the product became demo-ready for investors and enterprise buyers, and the team went from a service that required hand-holding to a self-serve platform that scales without adding headcount. What used to be a spreadsheet consulting operation is now a product that sells itself in a demo.
