Here are a few words from Caleb (founder)

Working with Kiryl was an excellent experience. Finding true A-players—those who take initiative, drive projects forward, and deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight—is incredibly difficult. Kiryl not only met but exceeded these expectations. He knew exactly what needed to be done and executed the project end to end while maintaining a high standard of quality. I genuinely wish I needed him full-time. I hired Kiryl to redesign an existing mobile application, aiming for a polished, modern look that aligns with current design trends. While my app was functional, it needed to reach a top-tier level to instill trust in users. I chose Kiryl because of his outstanding portfolio. My only initial hesitation was that most of his previous work focused on desktop applications. However, after countless hours of searching Upwork, I couldn’t find another designer whose work matched the level I was looking for. Most options fell into typical pitfalls—poor design patterns, lack of fundamental understanding of spacing, iconography, typography, contrast, or unnecessary reinventions of the wheel. In the end, choosing Kiryl was an easy decision. Kiryl took the time to use my product, understand its vision and pain points, and translate that into a design far beyond what I could have envisioned myself. If you’re considering hiring Kiryl, I highly recommend speaking with him to see if you’re a good fit. My experience was nothing short of a 10/10.

Socialite is a personal relationship manager that helps people stay connected with the ones who matter. The app had a loyal core audience, but growth was stuck. The onboarding asked for contacts, permissions, and personal data before showing any value, so most new users never made it past the first screens. Inside the app, things weren't much better: cluttered interface, confusing navigation, inconsistent cards, and system messages that didn't explain themselves. We ran a UX audit that identified 6 core blockers, then redesigned the experience end to end. New onboarding shows value first and asks for permissions later. The interface got a clean visual system with consistent components, card types redesigned for faster scanning, and the whole experience refocused around a "Due now" section that answers the only question that matters: who should I reach out to today? Early engagement improved noticeably, activation friction dropped, and the product moved from "works for existing users" to ready for its next growth phase. Full case study inside.
