LandscapeAI lets users redesign their outdoor spaces with AI — upload a photo, pick a style, and get a generated landscape in minutes. The tech worked. The interface didn't. Users struggled with an imprecise brush tool (no undo, no size control), tiny style previews with vague names, and an empty text prompt with zero guidance on what to type. Add a long AI generation wait with no progress indicator, and most people just left. We reworked the core interaction layer: adjustable brush with eraser, larger style previews with clear descriptions, an AI-powered "Generate Prompt" button that suggests what to write, and a progress screen with a gallery of past designs to browse while you wait.
