Overview

RapidSeedbox is a SaaS company offering high-performance and anonymous Seedbox solutions tailored for tech-savvy users. Their platform provides a secure, fast, and customizable service, helping users manage downloads, access remote desktops, and protect their privacy. To expand into the Indonesian market, RapidSeedbox needed culturally relevant content that appealed to local users while maintaining its global identity.

Why RapidSeedbox Needed My Help

As RapidSeedbox aimed to reach Indonesian users, they faced key challenges:
Existing content wasn’t culturally aligned with Indonesian tech users.
SEO strategies didn’t cater to Indonesian search habits, limiting visibility.
The tone of the copy was too formal for the intended audience, reducing engagement.

What We Wanted to Achieve

Our goals were to:
Localize the website content and microcopy to suit Indonesian cultural norms and preferences.
Optimize content for SEO, targeting keywords frequently used by Indonesian users.
Ensure the tone remains friendly, engaging, and user-centric to build trust with the audience.

What I Delivered

For this project, I:
Conducted Competitor Analysis: Studied competitors in the Indonesian SaaS and tech market to identify trends and expectations.
Performed Keyword Research: Identified relevant keywords with high traffic to enhance SEO performance.
Localized Website Content: Translated and adapted the landing page and feature descriptions to align with Indonesian users’ language and culture.
Refined Microcopy: Ensured all in-app microcopy was clear, consistent, and approachable for users.
Collaborated with the Design Team: Worked with designers to ensure the copy matched the visuals for a cohesive user experience.
