The Challenge

Highlight delivery speed & reliability: key pain-points for founders burned by missed deadlines.
Show real, on-chain wins (Sudswap, Secret Garden, etc.) without breaching partner NDAs.
Stand out visually in an over-saturated “crypto agency” pitch stack while staying C-suite appropriate.

Execution Details

Built a componentised Figma file with auto-layout and text styles so the team can iterate fast.
Exported to Google Slides for non-designer edits and live collaboration.
Supplied a Loom walk-through explaining slide intent, editable areas, and brand-safe do’s & don’ts.

Outcome

Deck helped close $1.2 M in new dev retainers within two months (client-reported).
Prospective founders cited the deck’s “crystal-clear scope” and “dark-mode polish” in follow-up calls.
Internal team now re-uses the same master for quarterly updates—saving ~6 hrs per new version.
