Componentised Figma file with auto-layout for fast text swaps.
Google Slides export so the CEO can tweak numbers hours before pitch day.
Loom walk-through (6 min) explaining narrative flow and do’s & don’ts.
Outcome
Deck shortlisted for Techstars Public Safety Demo Day and opened conversations with three strategic city agencies.
Investor feedback praised the deck’s “crisp cost comparison” and “clear traction path.”
Client now iterates new pilot logos in minutes using my master file.
