Role: Content Designer & Brand Strategist

The Challenge: Brothers Carpet & Flooring delivered exceptional workmanship, but their social media presence failed to reflect that quality. The brand relied heavily on raw, unedited photos taken directly from job sites, which created a feed that looked cluttered and industrial. This visual disconnect meant their online image didn't match the premium quality of the floors they were installing.
The Solution: I designed a complete Visual Content Strategy to bridge this gap and elevate their brand image. My goal was to move away from the "messy contractor" aesthetic and establish a polished, luxury visual identity. This required a strategic shift in how their work was presented, focusing on the final lifestyle result rather than just the construction process.
What I Delivered: I executed a cohesive design overhaul that transformed their raw assets into high-converting content. This included creating premium templates for testimonials and awards to build instant trust, as well as transforming technical flooring advice into engaging, easy-to-read educational carousels. I also designed professional "Before & After" layouts that cleanly showcased the transformation of a space without the visual clutter typical of construction photos.
