We executed a complete overhaul of WOODSANDWAVES’ email flows and templates to prepare the brand for the critical shopping season. We also developed a strategic campaign calendar with advanced audience segmentation, resulting in the best holiday sales in company history. All while putting the vibrant and exciting nature of the brand at the forefront.

The Challenge

WOODSANDWAVES had a Klaviyo account that was functioning but underwhelming. Their emails lacked brand consistency, campaigns followed no clear structure, and automated flows were not operating as good as they should have. As a result, they were not fully leveraging the potential of their email marketing to drive engagement and increase sales.

Holiday Campaign Strategy

Considering seasonal bestsellers and major shopping holidays in Germany, we developed a comprehensive campaign calendar spanning from Single’s Day to Christmas. This strategic approach ensured we engaged the right audience without compromising deliverability, ultimately maximizing reach and impact.

Flow Rehaul

We completely redesigned all of their email flows to boost revenue and reduce customer churn. The results speak for themselves, showcasing excellent benchmark metrics across the board.
