Goal

Develop and refresh the National Housing Trust’s communications narrative and brand strategy to kickstart five year strategic framework.

Background Materials

This report displays where we began in terms of narrative and opportunities for creative growth. The goal was to identify spaces in which NHT had an opportunity to differentiate amongst its peers in the affordable housing space, as well as refresh their visual identity to take it out of the past and into the future.
From this space of exploration, we had an opportunity to create iterations of logos and color palettes. Below you will find a presentation with four initial logo options which were presented to client team members to begin the iterative process, as well as a near final version of the color palette.
