Strategy is the foundation that gives shape to a brand. It’s in this stage that everything starts to make sense, before talking about colors, logos, or packaging, this is where we define who the brand is, why it exists, and how it wants to be remembered.
Branding is a process, and it’s in this strategic phase that the discovery begins: we understand the market, the audience, and the purpose that will guide every choice moving forward.
From there, we’re able to structure and define all the actions the brand will take, how it will position itself, communicate, and build its presence with coherence and intention.
Strategy is what transforms ordinary brands into remarkable ones.
