PrivacyBridge: making Swiss data protection feel manageable for growing businesses.

A German-language WordPress website for PrivacyBridge, a Swiss consultancy that works as an external data protection officer and information security officer for companies. Its clients are small and medium-sized businesses that must follow Switzerland's revised Data Protection Act, in force since September 2023, but have no in-house team for it. The firm's promise is that it combines law and technology. The site explains complex, legal services in plain language and turns that trust into quote requests.

I designed and developed the site in WordPress using the Divi theme and Visual Builder, so the firm can edit every page visually.

Packages that explain themselves. The external data protection officer page presents three flat-rate packages (Essential, Professional and Enterprise) as cards. A comparison table follows, covering eight areas:

A short section explains why prices aren't published, which answers a question most clients would ask anyway.

A multi-step quote form. The enquiry on the same page is split into four steps with a progress bar. It asks in turn for the package, company size, company details, the contact person and a message. Splitting it up keeps a long form approachable, and the firm gets everything it needs to prepare a quote.

A contact form that sorts requests. Visitors tick what they need:

They can attach documents up to 64 MB. A privacy consent checkbox and a captcha complete the form. Every request arrives already sorted by service.

Complex topics in plain language. The homepage explains the revised Swiss Data Protection Act and what it means for smaller companies. The Document Creation page lists exactly what the firm produces: privacy policies, consent forms, data processing agreements, impact assessments and data protection reports. The knowledge base organizes topics from data subject rights and international data transfers to the Swiss law and the GDPR (the EU equivalent).

Security and privacy built in. A data protection firm's own website gets closely examined. The site uses:
