Front door: customers see an exact price, pick from real openings, add access details, confirm with a $30 deposit, and get a private link to reschedule or cancel.

Follow-through: confirmations, 48-hour access checks, sick-day rebooking and quote follow-ups run on their own. The owner's dashboard shows only what needs her and the hours saved.
