Executive Virtual Assistant

PositiveHire, a tech company is engineered to bridge the gap between enterprises and

underrepresented women in STEM professions.

PositiveHire not only help black, Latina and indigenous women find inclusive workplaces, but

to prepare enterprises to receive them, and help those enterprises recruit them.

My role is to manage all things in the back end of PositiveHire working 1on1 with the CEO. I’m

maintaining a good VA-Client relationship through real-time communication and weekly

business reviews.

I handle our Email marketing system by sending weekly and monthly newsletters. Creating

podcast episodes from the webinars and edit them accordingly. I manage our website’s

blogposts making sure that we are up to date.
