About the Client

HindXR is a deep-tech startup at the forefront of spatial computing, XR (Extended Reality), and AI-driven solutions. They aim to revolutionize industries by integrating immersive technology into training, simulations, and enterprise solutions.

As they prepared for their fundraising phase, they needed a website (design) that would reflect their cutting-edge vision and professionalism, a compelling and user-friendly website that resonated with investors.

During my college portfolio week, my work caught the attention of Mr. Aditya Walia (CEO & Founder of HindXR) and Abhishek Shinde (Mixed Reality developer and consultant). They saw potential in my design approach and entrusted me with the opportunity to design their website before the fundraising process.

A 4-5 page website that clearly communicated HindXR’s vision.

A professional yet visually appealing design that reinforced their position as a deep-tech company.

A website that could aid in their fundraising process by impressing potential investors.

Full adaptability across desktop and mobile screens for seamless user experience.

Understanding the Company & Market I started by deeply understanding HindXR’s vision, target audience, and competitors to ensure the website aligned with their positioning.

Initial Design Concept They initially requested a simple, professional-looking website. After sharing my first draft, I realized they needed something more engaging. I pitched a more interactive and immersive experience, and they trusted me to bring it to life.

Redesign & Refinement I presented a completely new design that better represented their brand. They loved it, so we decided to keep this direction for the rest of the pages and mobile versions.

Final Tweaks & Prototyping I created four prototypes. - Two for desktop (one static, one interactive) - Two for mobile (one static, one interactive) This allowed them to visualize the end-user experience before development.

Handoff to Developer Once the final design was polished, I presented it to the development team for implementation.

Despite the smooth collaboration, we tackled a few challenges:

Tight Deadline They needed a complete research-to-delivery turnaround in just 8 days, requiring efficient decision-making and rapid execution.

Achieving a ‘Talespin-Like’ Aesthetic Without AI Tools HindXR wanted its hero image to resemble Talespin’s 3D prototype sequences, which were AI-generated. Instead of purchasing an expensive subscription, I suggested an alternative: designing elements in Figma, exporting them to Spline, and achieving a similar 3D effect—which worked perfectly.

3. Animated CTA Button After multiple iterations and testing, we fine-tuned the CTA button with a glowing continuous halo around it to enhance user engagement.

4. Missing Final Images & Videos Since HindXR was still working on its gallery assets, I had to design a flexible layout that could accommodate media as soon as it was ready.
