Niveau-Eleve is a Germany-based luxury brand specializing in high-end watches and fine jewelry. As part of Wempe, a fourth-generation family-owned company, they are known for their exquisite craftsmanship, precision, and exclusivity. Their collections feature some of the world’s finest timepieces, including brands like Rolex, Patek Philippe, and Cartier, alongside their own in-house designs made in Glashütte, Germany.

After successfully delivering my previous project, Abhishek Shinde (Developer) reached out, inviting me as a UI/UX Designer with the Wempe team member Carolina.

Revamp the UI of Niveau-Eleve to align with the brand’s luxury aesthetic.

Maintain a minimal, sophisticated, and high-end digital experience.

Work within the existing brand guidelines while introducing modern UI improvements.

Convert static images into Figma designs and design the remaining pages from scratch.

Collaborate with developers to ensure a seamless handoff and execution.

Understanding the Brand & Aesthetic I analyzed the existing design and the brand design guidelines book to grasp the intended visual direction.

Image-to-Figma Conversion The initial designs provided were in static image formats. My task was to recreate them in Figma while maintaining pixel-perfect accuracy and responsiveness.

Designing the Remaining Website Once the foundation was set, I worked on designing the remaining pages, ensuring consistency and a refined shopping experience for luxury buyers.

Seamless Collaboration I worked closely with developers and the design team to ensure the final UI was both elegant and technically feasible for smooth implementation.

Language Barrier All the initial materials, including the brand guidelines, were in German. Despite not being fluent in the language, I successfully decoded the requirements and maintained design accuracy.
