As a Product Designer, my role was to analyze the overall user experience of the HCWork HR system and define an action plan taking into account both the technological limitations of the system, available resources, as well as the time and business goal commitments.

Collaborate with the Head of Product and the Product Owners to conduct competitive analysis and user research to define features to be implemented in the following quarters.

Collaborate with the development teams in creating system documentation, and the creation and maintenance of the design system.

My responsibilities and tasks as a Product Designer:

✔ Application of strategic thinking in the short, medium, and long term to propose improvements and new functionalities for the business.

✔ Simplification and improvement of processes related to human resources: Payroll, vacations, updates, absenteeism, competency evaluation, performance, training, organizational climate, among others.

✔ Review and analysis of task and user flows.

✔ User research: Strategy definition, form creation, selection of surveys, and type of study depending on the objectives, analysis, and processing of collected data.

✔ Review and analysis of quantitative data from Hotjar, support system, and Google Analytics.

✔ Wireframing, prototyping, and creation of high-fidelity designs.

✔ Analysis and improvement of Information Architecture.

✔ Creation and maintenance of the design system using Figma / Storybook.

✔ Active contribution with development teams in creating system documentation for both new functionalities and modification of existing functionalities.

✔ As a leader of a small team of UX/UI designers, I collaborated closely with business units and engineering teams.

✔ My main focus was always to continuously seek ways to improve the current user experience, think about future enhancements, and generate greater value for the business.
